Quality Issues

I really like these balls but the quality is poor. Out of four cans opened, one can had a dead ball in it and another can had a ball pop after an hour or so of tennis.

A can of tennis balls for 2 bucks – Got them for drying my down comforter in a machine 🙂 Will edit this review after use.

I paid $2.77 and was very pleased. These balls are about 20% easier to see than regular tennis balls…Penn Marathon balls are about 20% longer lasting than regular balls…Penn should combine these qualities and come out with a super ball.

Nice balls but tend to fly when hit hard

I find that Penn ATP balls are very durable and lively. They are a bit lighter than other ball I have used like Wilson US open and Dunlop A-player. Hence they tend to fly when I hit them hard. They maintain their bounce for several weeks after opening – hence are great for practice (much better than the two I mentioned).

I’m no tennis player, but…

Great product, great price for a dog’s toy, especially if you’re used to seeing the $4/5 individual ones specifically for dogs. These are nice and bouncy (unlike most “dog” tennis balls) and my pup is none the wiser. Shipping was really fast and came in an air tight container.

My dog LOVES these!

I bought these for my dog since she tends to destroy tennis balls made specifically for dogs. We’ve had these for a few months now and they’re still going strong (as opposed to a few hours with a dog brand tennis ball). They’re extra bouncy too, which she seems to like.

Good value

I looked around for a while and decided on these primarily because of the price. Have played several league tennis matches,i open a new can of balls each time, they have met my expectations and still bouncy at the end if the match.

Very good

Very good Tennis balls! I always used cheaper balls before that could be picked up at the local sporting store. These balls are so much better quality. You can really tell a difference from the championship series.

These Penn balls are top of the line. The felt lasts much longer than the cheaper versions. The biggest upgrade is the evenness of the seams, so the bounces are truer.
