My dog is hyper crazy over tennis balls. She drives ME crazy! This set has lasted longer than the balls I bought at Costco and have kept her going. Since it’s just her and me (and 2 cats who ignore her) she drops a ball on my lap wherever I am. I am very pleased with the balls. The haven’t started to disintegrate (as others have) and have a nice bounce to them; at least for what I use them for. I can’t speak to their use for tennis. For dogs…they are great!

I am not a tennis player so I could care less how they are on the court. Sorry about that. I am reviewing these as they pertain to my dog only so if you want to know how they are for tennis, move along, well, little doggie.

Great for Dogs, just OK for Tennis

Thank goodness my dog can not speak. If she could, it would be “Toss the ball? Oh yeah. C’mon! One more! Toss it again! Ooooops, that one went in the lake. Get another!”

These balls are good quality. Great for dogs that lose balls often, as they do not sink and are hard to puncture.

Excellent for playing fetch

Takes quite awhile for our dog to chew through these if we leave one lying around (though I am under the impression it is bad for their teeth, so we tend to try to keep it away from her if we see her chewing). But the balls hold up longer than any others under constant chuckit and dog use. While we do prefer to use rubber balls, these float, making them ideal for the dog park which is on the river. They do not crack in half like the balls you buy at the pet store. I can’t remember the last one that was actually chewed to destruction.

CAUTION: these are not great for playing tennis. They are unpressurized, so for beginners they are probably fine. But serious players probably want better quality.

I’d say a good few weeks outside and the smell was gone

These had a very, very strong odor that is displeasing. I had these sit outside for a week and the smell was still too strong to keep in my house. They even got rained on and still smelled. I’d say a good few weeks outside and the smell was gone. I use these to play fetch with my dog.

Awesome tennis balls for dogs! I wouldn’t play tennis with these, but they are great for my dog. She had so many balls that we ended up donating some to the local dog park. These don’t really bounce that great.

Tooooo Fuzzy

I’d used pressureless balls before and loved them, but the fuzz on these immediately began to fluff up and became unplayable. Ordered them again…slightly better batch, but still too fuzzy too soon. I actually took an electric razor to the courts with me to shave the balls so I could still us them, but it became ridiculous.I don’t know how these guys stay in business. One good thing though, they sure do retain their bounce well…but not quite as well as a new regular pressurized ball.
