Perfect for Kids

 on April 16, 2016

My 3 kids are just learning to play tennis and these balls are great. They are like 25% larger and they don’t have near as much bounce so they are just perfect for their size. The balls are also squishy so they don’t have as much energy or go flying to the far other end of the court like regular tennis balls do and it allows them to play within a smaller space on the court. Being they’re larger, the balls are also easier for them to see and hit and you end up getting some good rallies. You definitely want to use these balls with kids just like you would buy them a smaller sized racket.

Durable dog toy, visible, cleans up well

The Wilson US Open starter ball is perfect for a dog toy. It fits my Chuk-It ball thrower; the color is easy to see, follow and find. These balls get a firm workout and get dirty, but I rinse them off with a bit of dish detergent and they are clean and ready for action again. My 3-year-old Collie has never chewed one through, but I am sure other breeds may destroy them: that’s just how dogs roll. Still, nice product that is very durable,

Wish they held up better.

These are great for dogs. They make it easier to photograph dogs catching them since they are slower and also easier to catch. Downside is that they ALL have holes in them. They are flimsy and bust easily. Considering the dogs are all around 20 pounds, thought they would have held up better.

Dog Toy ONLY

Made for dogs…I don’t know how even a beginner would like them. The area between the two colors is so wide when they bounce and hits a color edge on the ground, the ball will go off to the side,

great for little beginners

There are few available options on the market. Got 36 of these to save time on the court working with my 8 year-old. There is only 1 slight but rare problem, here and there, the ball would bounce off at an unanticipated angle and thus in a direction slightly off from what physics would predict. I suspect it’s because it hit the seam. It’s very odd but matters little for the beginner.

Just my speed!

These starter balls fly slower than a traditional tennis ball and are great to learn on. Both me and my six year old use these to practice and play and it has helped both of us because we can actually hit some.

Tennis balls were recommended to me by my Occupational Therapist for pain

It seems to be what I needed. Tennis balls were recommended to me by my Occupational Therapist for pain. I am NOT a tennis player. I put these into a sock and use it for pressure points on my neck as well as a mini-massage on my neck. It works fine.

These are kids learning tennis balls. They are larger in diameter than a “regular” tennis ball and much softer. I used these for my dogs Chuckit! Ball Launcher. They are a bit big but, they do work with the Chuckit! At $2.59 they’re priced right for dog toys!

Love these tennis balls.

My grandson and granddaughter are taking tennis lessons and introduced me to these balls. They use them at practice and are easy to control. As retired grandparents we try to stay active, these balls are perfect, We can keep up with the grandkids and enjoy the game with ease.
