Great for serve practice

I am not a natural athlete. I have to practice quite a bit to improve, especially on my serve. In the past I have used a ball hopper (metal basket that you can pickup balls with and then invert the handles to stand the hopper up to waist height to get to the balls easier). This has been ok, but the inverted handles weren’t that stable and the hopper would occasionally fall over when I was taking balls out of it. Also, as I was picking up balls with it, I found that as the hopper got fuller, it was harder to pick up additional balls.

Heavy….but it works. Zipper for the cover seems kinda flimsy.

Heavy basket. Cheap mesh cover is difficult to zip and unzip. Seems kinda flimsy. I’ll be interested to see if it lasts very long. Luckily it’s not required. Got this one mostly because I thought it looked a little nicer than the cheap plastic or metal ones. Now I’m wondering if I should have just gotten the cheap one because it’s so much lighter to carry around the court while you’re picking up balls.

Essential for tennis coaches

This is one of the best items for high school coaches. When we travel to matches, we put our practice balls in the hopper bag, zip it up and throw it on the bus. No plastic bags with loose tennis balls rolling everywhere. The cart also folds and is portable too but a bit on the heavy, cumbersome side if you have a lot of stuff to carry. Although this may be a con, I prefer to have the cart too so that you don’t have to bend over to get balls when you are feeding on drills. Another plus is that these are affordable and easy to store. It is great to have one of these for each court because the players can hit more balls in a shorter period of time since you aren’t using as much practice time to pick up balls. Great product! Well designed and built! Worth the money! I am adding another one for our JV team next year!

This was amazing. I grew up using shopping carts for tennis balls, but wanted something that could fold into the back of my SUV for my son who is just starting out. I was really tempted to buy the metal ones; however, I am very very pleased with this purchase. 1st, the legs/base/wheels shipped completely put together. I assumed I would have to assemble it and that was a wonderful surprise. It is light-weight and easy to move and folds nicely. I really do love this!

Light and portable but design flaws

Firs the pluses. I use these baskets to teach 10 and under tennis only as they are perfect for holding soft, delicate sponge balls that I have used over the years. I also have a very small shed and so for storage they are an A+.

Very easy to put in car and take with you. The canvas bag comes out of the stand. The stand folds together, but is still very long like a collapsable chair. Lightweight and easy to put up at the courts. Hold plenty of balls.

I love being able to carry the tennis balls around with out them spilling out the back of my truck. This is going to be great when we go on vacation. Have the wheels to push around was a plus.

Cart is wonderful! Beats lugging around the really heavy and clumsy metal ball hoppers. This costs a lot more, but it/s worth the money and makes you feel like a pro.

I’m a traveling tennis instructor in the summer months and this works PERFECTLY!! I’m considering getting a few more bags filled with different tennis balls but keeping the same stand. Great buy!

I started to take a tennis lesson. I like it very much. So easy to use and light. I use it every time I go to play tennis outside.
