The Total Serve® is a unique new tennis tool developed primarily for mastering tennis serve and overhead techniques. There are many styles of hitting and teaching the serve but there are also a number of components that ALL serves must have. Without a doubt, all tennis players want POWER, SPIN, ACCURACY & CONTROL. The Total Serve® teaches players of all levels what the serve should FEEL like. Only after a tennis player learns what the tennis serve should feel like can they address the individual components, and make their tennis serve a fluid, powerful and effortless weapon.

Amazing and innovative product to simulate the proper feel of overheads/racquets.

This is an excellent innovation to improve the mechanics of your serve, letting you feel how the racquet is supposed to accelerate through the contact point and simulating the feeling of “letting the racquet do the work.” Lisa has a number of videos on YouTube demonstrating the proper way to use the ServeMaster, not to mention how to serve in general. I highly recommend any serious practitioner of the game to have a look. I regularly hit with NTRP 4.5 and 5.0 level men’s players and feel that the 3-ball ServeMaster is the right version for me. At 15 oz, it’s also an awesome warm-up tool before swinging my usual racquet which weighs closer to 12 oz.

The ServeMaster tool combined with Lisa’s “Serve in 30” video course (available for $39 upon purchase of the tool) is certainly the best learning system/resource for serving that I’ve ever seen. Her video demonstration of moving slowly through the kinetic chain clarified the entire serving process excellently. The additional videos are not required but are highly recommended. In fact, it’s probable that you’ll learn more – and make better progress – with the tool/video combination than you would with private lessons. All in, expect to spend about $105 for the 3-ball tool and Servein30 videos. If you practice, the result will be a vastly better serve.

A simple, but very effective serve training aid.

A good serve training aid, I feel my serving motion improving after using for 4 or 5 session. You need to practice with it to get the value out of it. Lots of demonstration videos available on YouTube that are very helpful. Well made. Delivered quickly.

This is an excellent product not only for teaching a proper swing technique on serves, but to improve range of motion and flexibility. Start slow each time you use it to let your body loosen up.

Great teaching tool

Very expensive for what it is, but it works.

Few minutes of swinging this, and I finally figured how to do the little bounce into the court when I am serving.

Improved my serve!

I love this thing, I could not serve at all a month ago, and improved my serve the first day I used it. It comes with a set of videos that teach you how to serve step by step. Even if you are just wanting to enhance your form for better accuracy this is the best tool. The only downside to this is the to watch all the step by step videos is like $30 more dollars.
